Thank you for using Tabletop RPG Ledger ("the App"), a game master tool developed by Tautvilas Mečinskas ("we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding your information.

This policy applies to our mobile application available. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We have designed our App to be simple and to collect the minimum amount of information necessary to provide and improve our service.

a) Information You Provide to Us

• Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address. We use this solely for account creation, authentication (logging you in), password resets, and important service-related communications.

b) Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect any personal data such as your name, age, gender, address, or phone number.
• The content you create within the app, such as campaign notes, character sheets, world details, and other user-generated content, is stored on our servers to sync across your devices but is not accessed, viewed, or used by us for any purpose other than providing the core functionality of the App to you. We consider this your private data.

c) Automatically Collected Information (Crash and Performance Data)

• Crash and Exception Data: To help us identify and fix bugs, improve the App's stability, and enhance performance, we use a third-party service called Sentry. When the App crashes, Sentry may automatically collect certain diagnostic data, which can include:

  • Device identifiers (such as an anonymous installation ID).
  • Device information (e.g., operating system version, device model, screen resolution).
  • Information about the state of the App at the time of the crash (e.g., stack traces).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To Provide and Maintain the Service: To create your account, authenticate you, and ensure the App functions correctly.
• To Improve the App: To analyze crash reports and performance data to identify bugs, fix issues, and improve the user experience.
• To Communicate With You: To send you important notices about your account or changes to our services or policies. We will not send you marketing emails without your explicit consent.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• With Service Providers: We share crash data with Sentry, our crash reporting service, for the sole purpose of improving our App.
• For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).

4. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, please be aware that no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account information (email address) for as long as your account is active. Your user-generated content is also retained for as long as your account is active.

You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at ttrpg.ledger@tautvilas.lt . Upon receiving your request, we will permanently delete your account and all associated content from our servers within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
